As a People Insights Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful people insights by bringing the full suite of People Insights capabilities to solution against employee and business challenges. You have a curiosity that leads you to always ask, “What’s possible?” and the ability to bring concepts to reality from analysis to actionable insights. Our People Insights Partners team immerses themselves in the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on custom business needs. They act as consultants, account managers, and liaisons, collaborating with our experts within People Insights to deliver data-driven solutions.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Partner with HR and business leaders, analysts, and subject matter experts to understand business processes, evaluate needs, and analyze data
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding data and systems, advising on how to best apply available data
• Provide consultative support for clients across the organization to truly understand core questions and current priorities to ensure reporting and analysis align with business objectives
• Empower collaborators to self-serve, interpret, and apply insights through training and consultation
• Translate high-level business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting and analysis
• Proactively connect dots across different data points, research inputs, and business initiatives
• Synthesize insights into simple, relatable, actionable stories that help drive data-driven decisions and strategies through compelling storytelling using analytics, dashboards, forecasts, and research to support business priorities
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure internal alignment and efficiency
• Balance concurrent projects and priorities
• Act with integrity and behaviors that promote the values and mission of The Walt Disney Company

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Highly skilled in data storytelling and using analytical insights to influence data-driven decisions
• Proven experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources
• Understanding of data and systems' infrastructures and data modeling
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills; Asking relevant questions and solving complex problems in creative, sustainable ways
• Influencing and networking skills that result in consultative relationships and support synergy and collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a compelling way to non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines and changing priorities
• Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight
• Can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Focus on the here and now while keeping an eye to the future to prioritize work
• Passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR and/or Talent Acquisition analytics & insights
• Foundational SQL knowledge and experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $88,300.00 to $107,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
