JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Lead

Location: New Lisbon, WI
Compensation: Based on Experience

Position Summary:

To perform and support the various duties associated with meeting production schedules, coaching and mentoring staff, maintaining quality measure, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, mentor and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions

• Work with other leads to achieve the production schedule as required

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes

• Final inspection, shipping, parts orders

• Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed

• Security of building

• Other areas of responsibility as needed and assigned

Qualifications:               

• Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements

• Leadership abilities and skills required

• Strong communication and listening skills a must

• Must possess a cooperative attitude

• Must be self-motivated and work without supervision

• Must be able to understand and execute instructions

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills

• Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment

• Prefer someone with a good understanding of the Refrigeration and Walk-In production process

• Ability to have a flexible work schedule and attend meetings as required

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read blue prints

• Ability to use repetitive motions

• Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
