Overview
Operations is responsible for driving the planning and day-to-day management of the Business to ensure alignment with the Bank's mission and strategic goals. You set the direction and manage performance to meet bank targets. Your focus on continual performance improvement directly supports the organization's success.

What You’ll Do
Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation
utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk
Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions
Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls

Understanding of internal operations, processes, and controls
Ability to identify, assess, and manage operational risk
Clear communication of operational requirements and process changes

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
