Sr Computer System Engineer

At RIVA, people are our #1 priority.Project Overview:RIVA Solutions is seeking a Computer Systems Engineer with specialization in Identity Management to support the Information Technology Services Desk Support and Engineering Services Contract at U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.  Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions for Identity Access management
• Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
• Performs system management and integration functions
• Design, test, and support implementation of approved recommendations
• Establish solutions to enable user and machine account directory services including Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS
• Manage and monitor Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) replication to the border directory and replication of specific AD attributes with the external directory

 Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS in an enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environment
• Knowledge of Authentication standards and IAM technologies
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions and systems.
• Experience Troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving technical identity and access management related issues.
• Experience Improving identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) enterprise implementations

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure administration is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus
• Experience with partial and complete migrations of existing virtual environments to a commercial cloud provider
• Experience with Splunk is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Group Policy is a plus
• Experience managing USAccess certificate integration, derived credential provisioning, and certificate lifecycle

 Certifications/Education:

• Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M/8140.01 (or most current DoD guidance) is a plus
• Associate Azure Network Engineer Certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience
