 Job Summary:
As the AI Evangelist at Colossyan, you will be the driving force behind Colossyan’s brand awareness and thought leadership in the realm of AI and workplace learning. Your passion for AI and its transformative potential in the workplace will inspire and educate our audience. You'll champion Colossyan's innovative solutions, foster a thriving community, and position Colossyan as the go-to authority for AI-powered video learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Colossyan Boot Camp Ownership:

• Curriculum Development: Design and refine a comprehensive learning program to empower Colossyan users.
• Training Material Creation: Produce engaging, hands-on video tutorials, workshops, and exercises to cater to various skill levels.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the Boot Camp’s effectiveness and relevance.
• Certification: Implement a recognition program to acknowledge and incentivize Boot Camp completion.

Event Representation:

• Brand Ambassador: Represent Colossyan at industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Active Participation: Engage with participants, answer questions, and promote Colossyan's values and objectives.

Social Media Engagement:

• Community Building: Maintain a vibrant presence on social media platforms relevant to workplace learning and AI.
• Content Creation: Create and share compelling content showcasing Colossyan’s initiatives, accomplishments, and contributions to the field.

Webinar & Podcast Production:

• Thought Leadership Platform: Host regular webinars and podcasts on cutting-edge workplace learning trends, AI advancements, and their intersection.
• Expert Collaboration: Partner with internal and external experts to offer diverse perspectives.

Video Content Creation:

• Educational Videos: Create informative and captivating YouTube videos targeting professionals interested in workplace learning and AI.
• Production Value: Ensure high-quality content that effectively conveys Colossyan’s expertise.

Content Production & Community Building:

• Diverse Content Formats: Produce articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies relevant to workplace learning and AI.
• Community Nurturing: Foster a vibrant community through discussions, resource sharing, and virtual/in-person meetups.

Thought Leadership:

• Innovation: Spearhead innovative practices and research to solidify Colossyan’s thought leadership at the intersection of workplace learning and AI.
• Collaboration: Engage with other thought leaders to exchange ideas and contribute to the advancement of the field.
