Senior Manager, Retail Sales Operations

We are seeking a self-driven, high potential, Senior Manager Retail Sales Operations to further accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be (a) confident enough to communicate and defend analysis/recommendations to Chief Retail Officer and other Eargo leaders, (b) bring the highest level of intellectual curiosity and tenacity to build new business processes while supporting current business needs, and (c) humble enough to take on any assignment needed to advance the mission of the business.
The successful candidate will be able to partner with all elements of the business including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Software/BI, and Supply Chain. This role will be a key member of the retail organization and is expected to operate independently. The candidate must be a team player and collaboration-oriented, as they will be responsible for supporting the retail field sales team with requests from the field and developing ‘headlights’ that guide the Eargo business through continued expansion.Eargo is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
