Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shop Technician to perform light electrical repairs, manage deliveries, and support shop operations. This role offers a clear path for career advancement, including training and development for NETA certification and testing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries of parts and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Assist with inventory management and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills for NETA testing roles.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical repair preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical repair, maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience receiving and managing deliveries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a NETA testing role.
