A research investigator senior is needed to assist with analyses to enable interpreting how the development of neutralizing antibodies is impacted by within-host viral

evolution. This information will be used to inform vaccine boosting strategies to enhance the neutralization breadth and depth of maturing CD4bs, V3 glycan and V2 apex antibody responses. I will contribute to iterative vaccine design once forms of Env have been clearly resolved that can effectively prime bNAb precursors and begin to expand breadth, based on longitudinal evolution studies across multiple monkeys to resolve concordant patterns.
