Bring your passion to a fast-paced and professional work atmosphere.</p> <p>This internship is full-time cooperation for few months.</p> <p><strong>FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:</strong><br/>As a Garrett Engineer Strategy intern your responsibilities can include these activities:<br/>• Manage a project on your own including the 3 pillars of program management: timing, cost and scope in collaboration w/ other Garrett employees or other interns.<br/>• Develop a knowledge management strategy investigating ways or conducting research to improve key processes.<br/>• Develop a learning strategy on key engineering journeys that will enable effective learning that are directly applicable to projects.<br/>• Apply analytical skills across a variety of situations to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and how to achieve them, as well as drive key change initiatives.</p> <p><strong>DESIRABLE BACKGROUND:</strong><br/>• Student pursuing an Engineering degree w/ preference on Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Materials-Structures / Aerodynamics / Automotive<br/>• A team player personality who likes to learn and wants to achieve her goals together with others<br/>• Experience with fundamental engineering concepts including Microsoft, CAD, FEA &amp; CFD software packages<br/>• Member of a Formula Student racing team is a plus<br/>• Self-motivated, flexible, independent<br/>• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English<br/>• Duration: 3-6months</p> <p><strong>WE ARE OFFERING:</strong><br/>• An ability to integrate a high technology, collaborative &amp; passionate team<br/>• Discover high paced Automotive product development on an innovative technology<br/>• Career opportunities<br/>• Dynamic and international work environment</p> <p></p> Garrett is a cutting-edge technology leader delivering differentiated solutions for emission reduction and energy efficiency.
