PAY RATE: $29.59 - $31.15 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

The Respite Care Admin Specialist I provides experience-based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • PROGRAM OPERATIONS: Responsible for day-to-day Program records

  • RECORD AND TRACK SERVICES: Keep and maintain appropriate records of all services provided to clients, in both hard (paper) and soft (electronic) files, ensuring records are accurate and matching; report regularly to Caregiver Services Manager progress of project timelines.

  • FUNDER FOCUS: Keep comprehensive records of compliance with Funder and Regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as required and may be subject to change

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications

EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience (2 years).

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of experience in administration of a business or organization (assisting programs, projects, or staff)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with managing public contacts (e.g. HUD ESG, SAMHSA)
  • Experience with report development for public funders
  • Experience with HMIS and other relevant databases used by partner service providers
  • Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and/or limited English capabilities
