About the role

Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Our equal opportunity partner has an opening for a Director of Integrated Health and Nursing Services in Tulsa, OK at a respected organization dedicated to healing and supporting individuals and families.

In this senior leadership role, you'll be at the forefront of integrating health services with behavioral health care across all CCBHC teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the integration of health services and behavioral health care within CCBHC teams.
  • Developing consistent standards of care for our team-based positions.
  • Providing oversight and guidance for CCBHC nursing services, health-related quality measures, health care coordination, health and wellness curriculum, and resources for managing chronic health conditions.
  • Ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with CCBHC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Advancing the use of population health management in our whole person care environment.
  • Championing holistic, person-centered care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Current Oklahoma RN License.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing, preferably in a complex CCBHC setting.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams in a growing environment.
  • Understanding of primary care/behavioral health integration and nonprofit management.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships and collaborations across organizations.
  • Training experience is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with CCBHC guidelines, regulations, and nursing clinical standards.
  • Understanding of complex medical and mental health conditions and national quality care standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
  • Ability to drive and support change management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

  • The role is classified as "safety-sensitive" under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
