Warehouse Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team!   As a Lead Warehouse Associate or Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you'll become a pivotal part of our team’s success. In this role you will assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations along with pro-longed projects. In addition, you would be delegating tasks to individuals, having the warehouse staff cross-trained in other warehouse areas, prioritizing projects and cleanliness, and keeping teammates engaged. 

Responsibilities

• Check in daily sales and compare the system and the contract for accuracy. Correct any discrepancies in the system. 
• Ensure data accuracy. 
• Work with the Window Team to locate and pull inventory. 
• Ensure Warehouse team is production and plan projects during downtime, assigning duties. 
• Ensure that all safety standards are met. 
• Send post shift email to Warehouse Manager and ensure smooth transition to next shift. 
• Keep work area organized and clean. 
• Other Job Duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet objectives.
• Ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented.
• High school Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Current OSHA Forklift Certificate preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand often while carrying weight.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
