Introduction to the job
We are looking for a Senior Projects Lead for the Wilton Factory Operational Excellence team. The Senior Project Lead will lead complex implementations of software, tools and process within manufacturing and operations. The Operational Excellence team within Wilton Factory is responsible for continuous and structural improvements related to ways of working, processes and IT tooling. For the larger and/or more complex improvements a project lead is assigned who scopes, plans, budgets, executes/drives and reports on the project. Typically these are cross departmental improvements (e.g. cross D&E, logistics, planning, production engineering, manufacturing).

Role and responsibilities
Lead projects according to the ASML project methodology. This may include but is not limited to: defining project team and gaining approval on project plan, managing project planning, executing project and realizing impact, establishing project reporting and closing project, and transferring project to process owner in line management.
Manage key stakeholders across Wilton Factory to align and prioritize need on new processes or improvements delivered. Ensure continuous commitment of the WF key stakeholders to make the project a success, by addressing them on their tasks and responsibilities.
Evaluate financial consequences and business case of required improvements (including resources).
Report progress in Project Boards and/or Wilton Factory senior management team.
Facilitate delivery of Change Management and communication plans
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree required - preferably a technical field or business administration. MBA preferred
Certified in project management methodology such Prince2 or PMBOK foundation & practitioner.
7+ years proven track record in managing cross departmental projects in a technical environment along with direct people managements experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience, e.g., change agent lean manufacturing, project leader in operations improvement, World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma (green belt, black belt).
Understanding of Quality Assurance; and Improvement Techniques.
Advocate for working with Agile practices and mindset.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
