Residential HVAC Service Technician

As a Residential Service Technician, you will be the face of Accurate to our customers as you deliver outstanding customer service. Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

· Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot operational and performance issues with HVAC equipment.

· Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

· Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.

· Communicate with customers regarding repairs needed/completed.

· Recommend Indoor Air Quality solutions to customers such as Humidifiers, Air Purifiers, UV lights, upgraded filtration.

· Use technology to record service ticket information, communicate with Customer Service Representative and order parts.

· Support after-hours and weekend on-call service rotation

Requirements

Requirements

· ‘Universal’ EPA Refrigerant Certification

· 2+ years' experience in the industry

· Good driving record (MVR check required)

· 10 hr. OSHA card

· NATE certification
