Your Impact

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence -  Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, Power BI, SQL, and SAP Business Objects -  Research, analyze, and interpret complex data to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and systems -  Develop insightful dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making -  Write complex SQL queries, develop stored procedures, and optimize query performance as data volumes grow -  Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and align insights with business objectives   SharePoint Management & Optimization -  Maintain and enhance the SharePoint team site, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless collaboration -  Develop pages, document libraries, and workflows to improve team efficiency -  Provide training and support to help end-users maximize SharePoint functionality   Technical Support & Continuous Improvement -  Administer and support Crystal Enterprise, ensuring scheduled reports are delivered on time -  Act as front-line support for SAP Business Objects, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues -  Serve as the primary point of contact for Crystal Reports, Power BI, SQL queries, and SharePoint -  Suggest and implement enhancements to reporting systems to improve efficiency and user experience -  Maintain clear documentation for report specifications, SQL code, and system configurations

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Required: -  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience -  Five years of experience working with relational databases and reporting applications, with strong SQL proficiency -  Familiarity with third-party reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports 2020 or later, Power BI, and SAP Business Objects -  Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases -  Experience in developing and administering SharePoint pages   Preferred: -  Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes -  Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
