At the world’s largest CRJ MRO, you will oversee all building, ground support equipment (GSE), fleet vehicles and grounds maintenance operations.

• High school diploma or equivilent 
• Must have at least 4-6 years experience in related position 
• Project management and closing skills to see a job from execution to completion.
• Customer communication and service orientation skills so that an objective can be seen and communicated clearly in all phases of the operation so that all understand the goal.
• Mechanical and technical maintenance skills with the leadership ability to assign the right technicians to the right job to ensure a safe and timely completion.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills to minimize downtime and not require higher level of review to see tasks to completion. 
• IT skills should include proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to navigate browsers for support and materials when needed and willing to explore new software’s as we continue to innovate and improve our processes.
• Professionalism is a must at all times as we are connected globally to our partners, customers and network of service centers to promote our winning attitude. 
• Operate and maintains custodial functions. 
• Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. 
• Ensure that the facility is maintained according to company policy and procedures. 
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. 
• Oversee and supervise the quality of work for facilities employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. 
• Conduct and document regular facilities and GSE inspections. 
• Check the work conducted by vendor contractors and reports that status to the Facilities Manager. 
• Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications to the Facilities Manager. 
• Communicate workplace safety precautions to Facilities Team. 
• Forecast, allocate, replenish, and supervise the physical resources of the facility team.
