Responsibilities:

• Primary office contact for customers and installation crews.
• Process financing and primary contact for any financing related questions.
• Pull permits and schedule inspections.
• Order and register equipment as needed.
• Complete job costing.
• Conduct customer happy check calls once installation is complete and inspection has passed.
• Collect downpayment and remaining balance once job is complete.
• Back up to customer service if needed.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• At least two years of Customer Service or related experience.
• 3 year of scheduling, planning, and/or coordination experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize.
• Strong Attention to Details.
• Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time.
