This position offers a unique opportunity for an early-career finance or tax professional to develop deep expertise in <strong>transfer pricing</strong> and <strong>international tax planning</strong> within a world-class global organization.</p> <p>As a Senior Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting planning projects, developing financial models, and preparing key documentation to support WTW’s global intercompany arrangements. The role provides extensive exposure to cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal teams, and offers a platform for professional growth in an intellectually stimulating, high-performing environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of <strong>transfer pricing planning projects</strong>, including data collection, financial analysis, and documentation.</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>financial models</strong> to evaluate intercompany transactions and planning scenarios.</li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Legal</strong> teams to ensure alignment between transfer pricing policies and business operations.</li> <li>Coordinate <strong>project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications</strong> across global teams.</li> <li>Contribute to the preparation and review of <strong>intercompany agreements and planning documentation</strong>.</li> <li>Assist in <strong>audit readiness</strong> and support responses to transfer pricing-related inquiries.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>functional analysis interviews</strong> and contribute to the development of detailed reports.</li> <li>Utilize <strong>data visualization and analytics tools</strong> to provide insights that support strategic planning and reporting.</li> <li>Monitor relevant <strong>legislative and regulatory developments</strong> in transfer pricing and assess their potential impact.</li> <li>Support the development and enhancement of <strong>transfer pricing governance frameworks and processes</strong>, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.</li> <li>Maintain accurate <strong>process documentation and internal controls</strong> related to transfer pricing planning activities.<br/> </li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><p>We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic, global organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and a collaborative mindset to help drive excellence in transfer pricing and international tax planning.</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li><b>2–4 years of experience</b> in transfer pricing, tax planning, or related fields, ideally within a Big Four firm, law firm, or multinational corporation.</li><li><b>Bachelor’s degree</b> in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.</li><li>Strong <b>analytical and problem-solving abilities</b>, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li><b>Advanced proficiency</b> in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools such as <b>Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau</b>, and familiarity with <b>AI tools, prompting, and practical applications</b>.</li><li>Excellent <b>written and verbal communication skills</b> in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to <b>work independently and collaboratively</b> in a fast-paced, international environment.</li><li>A proactive interest in <b>project coordination</b> and <b>cross-functional collaboration</b>.</li><li><b>CPA certification</b> or an <b>advanced degree</b> (in Economics, Tax, or Finance) is a plus, but not required.</li></ul><p><span><b>What’s in it for you?</b></span></p><p><span>At WTW, you’ll join a <b>motivating and dynamic team</b> in an exciting, fast-growing European capital.
