IT Asset & Procurement Administrator

Sunflower Bank, N.A is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time IT Asset & Procurement Administrator in Denver, CO. The IT Asset & Procurement Administrator has responsibility for day-to-day IT Procurement tasks including, but not limited to, asset management, procurement, invoice and expense management, documentation creation/management, contract submissions, license management as well as other IT related tasks as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

• Management of IT asset records in the IT CMDB.
• Procurement of IT assets – getting quotes & approvals, submitting orders etc.
• IT invoice management and contract management.
• Shipping of IT assets, and tracking successful delivery of assets.
• Managing vendor relationships.
• Produce metric and KPI reporting against IT Service Management verticals.

Education / Experience Preferred:

• Strong verbal/written skills and the ability to effectively interface with internal business clients, internal audit, regulators, and senior management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Highly Self-motivated and directed.
• Must be bondable.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
