Pega Senior System Architect

A Pega Senior System Architect will actively contribute to the success of client engagements through industry knowledge, Pega product knowledge, and proven experience working on the technical delivery in Pega engagements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the technical scoping, design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring high quality.
• Collaborate with other dev team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the Lead System Architect (LSA) for guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation e.g. design documents, case type backlog, runbooks, upgrade assessments and other related materials.
• Apply technical governance processes related to Pega application development and deployment.
• Stay current with evolving trends related to Pega solutions.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Pega software development.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) from at least v7 onwards.
• Strong technical skills in Pega software development, including experience with Pega platform and Pega Customer Service.
• Project experience with DevOps, automated testing, security testing, upgrades is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience with agile best practices, specifically Pega Express and Scrum.
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
