Senior Cloud Product Lead

What does a successful Senior Cloud Product Lead do at Fiserv? As a vital part of the Fiserv cloud migration strategy, VP Senior Cloud Product Lead will be deeply attuned to application teams’ needs to capture cloud requirements and help prioritize these needs to ensure our internal partners can meet the demand. Working with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, your relationships will keep you aligned and up-to-speed with the vision for the application products. Excelling in communication and roadmap planning, you will guide delivery teams to success. This role will lead the overall cloud product strategy, development, and delivery across numerous business units and functional units, driving the firm's cloud transformation initiatives.

What you will do:

• Define the vision for the product and assist clients in defining that vision:
  • Lead the design and implementation of foundational cloud artifacts, operations support, and governance 
  • Develop stable, secure, and scalable design patterns for cloud infrastructure to be leveraged by various applications 
  • Enable accelerated application cloud migrations and ensure seamless integration with existing systems 
• Ensure product vision is clearly communicated to the delivery team and ensure that they are building a product that provides value to users:
  • Oversee the governance and delivery of cloud products, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives 
  • Manage cloud product offerings, support, and governance for the firm's cloud journey.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for cloud enablement across the cloud product supply chain 
• Maintain the product roadmap, with upcoming short-term and long-term goals, and communicate the roadmap to the delivery team and stakeholders:
  • Lead and collaborate with various business units and functional units, including marketing, IT, customer service, and finance.
  • Coordinate with teams such as Cybersecurity, Compute/Storage, Network, Cloud Business Office, Cloud Security, Cloud Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Design, and Technology Governance & Audit.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all teams to drive cloud transformation initiatives.
• Drive the creation of a strategy using defined patterns in a repeatable and version-controlled way:
  • Develop and implement a strategy for cloud product development using defined patterns that are repeatable and version-controlled
  • Ensure that the strategy aligns with the firm's overall cloud transformation goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the strategy is effectively communicated and executed
  • Monitor and refine the strategy based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

What you will need to have:

• 12+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• 12+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders 
• Experience in a Product role with a focus on cloud technologies 
• Experience owning end-to-end multiple global cloud service provider agreements.
• Experience prioritizing backlog among multiple stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment 
• Experience creating and using delivery metrics, predictability, and forecasting 
• Experience organizing requirements and the movement between business goals, product vision, epics, features, and stories is visible and aligned 
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience 

What would be great to have:

• Experience with large-scale cloud transformation at an enterprise level 
• Experience with architecture-focused products
