Summary

Candidates will have experience in project coordination, data analysis and process improvement. Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors and a considerable degree of judgement. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the division’s/department’s operations, schedules, and/or performance goals. Works under minimum Supervision. Seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions. Unusual problems are solved jointly with manager. Work is reviewed for application of sound technical judgment. May lead a work group or project team consisting of technical and support staff. Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Contributes to program/project strategy, planning, monitoring, and execution, collaborating with senior team members.
  • Analyzes operational systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency, standardization, and streamlined data management.
  • Facilitates regular program tracking meetings with internal account teams to ensure consistent communication and progress reporting.
  • Conducts market research and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends, best practices, and recommend strategic and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborates with the account team on daily activities to ensure projects/programs stay on schedule, developing action plans to address deviations.
  • Prepares performance reports and analyses for regular Global Account Reviews.
  • Partners with Global Account Operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management teams to analyze costs and price variances.
  • Supports various projects by collaborating with team members and providing assistance to Global Account Operations as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of business challenges related to manufacturing strategies.
  • Understanding of business risks and pricing structures (value-add and materials).
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in presentation delivery, database management, and computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve high productivity within established timeframes.

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
  • Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines
