• The starting base compensation for this position is $50,282 to $64,165 annually. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

We are looking for someone who will

• Provide in-house customer service to our employee benefit clients

• Oversee new client set-up, renewals and open enrollment

• Assist in marketing new and renewal business.

• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy.

• Coordinate agency compliance with HIPPA high tech

• Act as a backup for our Sales Executives with clients and carriers as needed

• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with each insurance carrier to satisfy our clients’ needs and facilitate the processing of business.

• Maintain electronic files and daily correspondence in our agency management system

• Perform special projects as needed

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in group benefits account management

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Strong technical aptitude and experience with MS Office products

• Must possess an active Life and Health license
