As a Coordinator, Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication with customers worldwide. Your key responsibilities

• Manage day to day client requests, including sampling and documentation; assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing client presentations
• Update customer portals for specific customers & distributors 
• check on-going projects, create follow-up Action Reports, and follow up project progress
• generate pricing requests and prepare offers for customers
• add customer master data in SAP & other systems.
• Reporting and commercial Conditions Support

You bring

• 2-3 years of expertise in customer service or sales, ideally in food / taste / health / pharma or chemical sectors. 
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP. 
• Great communication skills in English. 
• Responsible, independent, structured, and team-oriented work as well as a high willingness to provide service and support. 
• Education in commerce, sales, marketing, or other relevant fields.
