As a Senior People Ops Specialist, you will support the delivery of core People operations services across areas such as workforce administration, onboarding, time and absence management, compliance-related processes, and knowledge content maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring that People services are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with policies, service standards, and local statutory requirements.
You will work closely with employees, managers, local and global People teams to administer transactions, maintain employee data and documentation, support employee lifecycle processes, respond to operational requests, and resolve day-to-day issues in a timely and service-oriented manner. The role also ensures that local legal, regulatory, labor law, and compliance requirements are appropriately reflected in service delivery, documentation, and process execution.
This position requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver reliable and high-quality employee experience while supporting operational excellence across the People function.

Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and timely People operations support for the assigned region, ensuring high-quality employee and manager experience.
Execute core employee lifecycle processes including workforce administration, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding in line with defined service standards.
Maintain and update employee data, People records, contracts, and other documentation in systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Respond and follow-up on employee, manager, and queries related to People operations processes, policies, and cases in a timely, service-oriented manner. Ensure proper resolution and escalation, where needed.
Ensure operational activities are delivered in line with statutory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards for the countries in scope.
Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for audits, controls, and compliance-related reviews.
Maintain and update knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational guidance materials to support consistent service delivery.
Support LMS activities, including training assignments, enrollment requests, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees.
Support and coordinate statutory reporting and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission of employment-related filings, audits, and regulatory reporting obligations while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Proactively engage and collaborate closely with local People teams, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve inquiries and address challenges.
Identify process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and recurring service challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Use systems, workflow tools, and digital solutions effectively to support operational efficiency, process consistency, and employee experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferred: 5-7 years of experience in People operations, workforce administration, or a comparable People support role.
Proficient in MS 365; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools is required. Experience with Cornerstone is an advantage. Comfortable adopting emerging technologies including AI-powered solutions, to enhance processes, automation and support continuous improvements.
