Janitorial Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is an industry professional with client relationship experience and a positive attitude. They will ensure quality control of the facility, satisfaction of the site leader while exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, escalations, training, staffing and coverage. The Project Manager must be a professional in his/her understanding and knowledge of each site type in their area. 

Essential Functions

• Provide operational solutions to our clients as well as supervisors and foreman.  
• Assists in the management of the financial performance of all accounts while building and maintaining solid customer relationships.  
• Manages P&Ls, accounts financial performance and improve bottom line.  
• Successful history of managing employees at all levels, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, discipline and termination.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality of service.
• Managing the day to day task of their subordinates in a complex environment.
• Implement processes and procedures to affect change.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 plus years of supervisory experience and managing employees
• Experience in the facility service industry with a client facing background is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to execute against a project plan
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated budget management capabilities
• This position is required to stand; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop. The employee must regularly lift, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
