Facilities Coordinator - On Call

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing day to day operations, and maintaining an organized, best in class environment. The Facilities Coordinator is expected to support the Teague team as well as interface with the Client, guests, and vendors. A significant portion of this role is to schedule and support events that sustain the Clients’ mission for each respective location.

 

Who We’re Looking For

The primary focus of this position is to welcome guests, support events, and serve as the main point of contact for all customer and internal events. The Facilities Coordinator represents the guests’ first impression and the knowledge base of our facilities. They personify the culture and ensure that all who walk through the doors feel as though they are welcome.

This position demands an intensely customer-service-oriented individual with a high level of discretion, empathy, and self-motivation. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where it is not unusual to host multiple events, caterers, and briefings on the same day. They are quick, enthusiastic, and have an innate ability to build positive relationships with others.

 

What We Just Said, Now in 7 Bullet Points (a.k.a., Essential Qualifications):

• 3+ years’ experience in a facilities coordinator, event support or hospitality role that included supporting meetings, high-level leaders and guests.
• Provides administrative support to the Client/Meeting focals including event booking, catering requirements, on-site briefing coordination, AV, and other onsite duties.
• Calendar management of facility for Client stakeholders. Manages attendees, logistics of meetings and facility events while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt easily to changing needs and to follow through on tasks and assignments coordinating event logistics.
• Expert understanding of both MAC and PC platforms.
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot A/V equipment, Video Conferencing tools, phones and polycoms.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours with little/to no advanced warning.

 

The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $25 - $30/hour.
