<title>About the role</title>

The role will report to the Global Head of Commercial and work closely with the Product Data Analytics team to create global data-driven frameworks around Revenue Initiatives, Ads, Platform Monetisation, Content Management, and execution of Bolt Market’s Commercial strategy and value proposition.
Being the most senior analytics expert in the Bolt Market Commercial & Partnerships Team, you will have the chance to lay the foundation and vision for how we measure and optimise our Bolt Food value proposition using data and analytics.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Delivering exciting projects such as ads optimisation, revenue scaling, customer profiling, partnership & negotiation analytics, and more.</point>
- <point>Owning how we measure the Ads & Monetisation business by defining key metrics, ensuring visibility, and leading data-related projects within the Commercial team.</point>
- <point>Leveraging customer in-app and purchasing behaviour data to identify and suggest areas for improvement.</point>
- <point>Quantifying the impact of the Commercial team’s initiatives by designing and running A/B tests.</point>
- <point>Collaborating with the Product team on customer-facing experiments to enhance Offers, Ads, Content Management, and in-app solutions.</point>
- <point>Suggesting and implementing improvements in data analytics tools while translating business needs into data collection requirements for deeper insights.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.</point>
- <point>At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role working with large datasets, preferably in consulting, data analysis, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions.</point>
- <point>Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Python or R as a plus; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.</point>
- <point>Experience in Grocery Retail, Ads, or Monetisation, with a solid understanding of Statistics, Probability theory, and hypothesis testing.</point>
- <point>Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a fast feedback cycle environment with empathy for the end user.</point>
- <point>Ownership mindset: managing backlog and stakeholders, prioritising for impact, and leading data & analytics projects.</point>
