Our clients span all key economic sectors — industry, retail, luxury, consumer goods, healthcare, and finance — and include major international corporations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>As Head of Business Transformation, you own Artefact's transformation across all functions. You lead a portfolio of Tech &amp;&nbsp; AI powered transformation initiatives spanning Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Data&nbsp; — with one north star: <strong>provide a better experience to all Artefactors by making our operations faster, more efficient, and ready for our next stage growth.</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong> Discover Needs</strong></li> </ol> <p><em>You act as the internal consultant who listens before designing.
