Senior Product manager

We are an iGaming company that was founded more than 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 1300+ people!

We have 10 own brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on Tier 1-3 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy;

• Leading a team of product managers, designers and analysts;

• Managing the full product lifecycle: from concept to launch and subsequent optimization;

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends;

• Collaborating with Marketing, Finance and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and business objectives;

• Defining and tracking key product metrics (KPIs) and continuously working to improve them;

• Developing and implementing analytics systems for data-driven decision making;

• Presenting product strategy and results to management and investors;

• Working with Geo: India, Asia;

• Build partnerships with key players in the gambling sector.
  
  

Key tasks:

• Developing and implementing product strategy for the product

• Integration of innovative third-party services

• Implementation and development of gamification tools

• Development and implementation of funnel optimization strategy with Payments, Marketing departments

• Optimizing user experience and improving key product metrics

Requirements:

Critical:

• Proven experience creating and launching successful betting, casino products;

• Experience in the online gambling or fintech industry;

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and the principles of decentralized applications;

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making;

  Will be a plus:

• Experience working in multinational companies and with different regulatory environments;

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in product development;

• Experience with risk management systems in the context of cryptocurrencies and gambling;

• Understanding of responsible gambling principles and experience in integrating them into product solutions;

• Multilingual skills (English is a must).
