Account Manager
Position Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our facilities by managing day-to-day security functions, incident response, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on experience in security operations and the ability to make timely, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
Annual Salary: $110,000
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Incident Management
- Monitor and respond to security communications, emergencies, and facility-related incidents.
- Serve as a central point of contact for employees, consultants, and visitors regarding security concerns.
- Support executive protection and transportation logistics.
- Assist with planning and staffing for special security events and details.
Access Control & Badging
- Provide backup coverage to the security management team as needed.
- Oversee pre-registration and onboarding access for new hires.
- Maintain and analyze access reports and badge usage data.
Facility & Equipment Oversight
- Conduct mobile patrols and routine inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Manage regular checks of AEDs, fire extinguishers, and other emergency equipment.
- Coordinate locksmith services and access adjustments for secure areas.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage logistics for shuttle services, carpool coordination, and enterprise van usage.
- Compile and distribute monthly and quarterly security reports.
- Maintain clear communication with internal management teams regarding all security-related updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; security certifications a plus.
- Background in a Security Operations Center (SOC), law enforcement, or emergency response is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and incident response.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with workforce management (WFM) and payroll systems preferred.
- Ability to lead and coach team members, including handling corrective actions and performance management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to operational procedures.
