Worker Designation – This role is designated as a remote role. You will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. Although this role is designated as remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Knowledge of all lines of business.
• In-depth knowledge of Risk Management Information Systems.
• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with Aflac’s senior management and internal and external business contacts.
• Strong project management, leadership, problem solving and practice development skills.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree In Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in the customer relationship area and marketing of customers; 5 years management experience
- Experience in presenting to corporate clients/customers
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Master's Degree

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Leads a small to medium sized operational team to develop and implement business processes and manage performance across all activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.
