About the Role:Join Bloomer Hardware as a Sales Associate/Cashier and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll engage with customers, assist with their hardware needs, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and checkout area.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote current sales and special offers to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hardware products is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
