JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role coaches and partners with leaders of the various Corporate functions to support the delivery of the business plan by focusing on team member performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and culture. The HRBP will work across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted partner to managers and leaders by providing expert guidance regarding all aspects of human resources. This role will support a suite of functions including but not limited to the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of the Chief Legal Officer, People & Culture and Technology.JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers and leaders on the key areas of HR.
- Build strong relationships with team members and business leaders across the organization.
- Deliver key people initiatives and change programs by engaging business stakeholders and partnering with the broader People & Culture team.
- Support the organizations in diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor and coordinate employee relations cases, performance issues, and EEO matters with leaders, ensuring resolution is achieved in an effective and timely manner.
- Support the effective management of change across the business; leading strategies that drive high levels of commitment to achieving agreed outcomes.
- Support Talent Acquisition processes as required.
- Support the development and deployment of training and education programs as appropriate.
- Assist in the corporate merger and acquisition process, participating in due diligence activities and onboarding as necessary.
- Develop and report on key HR metrics to enable the identification of trends and the continuous improvement of people management activities, including employee engagement.
- Provide support to leaders and manage the annual performance and compensation review process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Payroll and Talent Acquisitions.
