Electrical Engineer I - (Statewide)

The TxDOT Support Services Division is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on advanced electrical engineering projects supporting TxDOT buildings and infrastructure. From designing and reviewing electrical systems to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a key role in powering safe, efficient, and innovative solutions across the state.

 Work location: The selected candidate’s work location may be Headquartered in Austin or any of the following 25 TxDOT District offices located in Abilene, Amarillo, Atlanta, Austin, Beaumont, Brownwood, Bryan, Corpus Christi, Childress, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, Laredo, Lubbock, Lufkin, Odessa, Paris, Pharr, San Angelo, San Antonio, Tyler, Waco, Wichita Falls, and Yoakum.
