We’re looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to help us drive our top, horizontal design-led initiatives and act as a strategic partner to Product Design Leadership in building the operational excellence of the Product Design team.
About the role

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $117,000 - $161,000 for most US locations and $130,000 - $178,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior Design Program Manager, you will …
- Program manage our top, horizontal and cross-functional Product Design-led initiatives
- Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration
- Coordinate and communicate with cross functional teams including: Product, Engineering, Marketing and Community
- Participate in and facilitate Product Design reviews and retros
- Provide up to date visibility into current projects, team utilization, project health and priorities
- Coordination and communication risk within Design and with cross-functional partners and leadership

About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Design Program Manager if you:
- Experience building scalable processes for high-functioning Product Design teams
- A track record of building trust within organizations across individual contributors and leadership teams to achieve big goals while maintaining an inclusive culture
- Great organizational rigor with a strong attention to detail while not losing sight of business goals
- The ability to proactively identify and mitigate risk to maintain operational excellence
- Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively written, orally and visually
- A passion for Product Design!
