Job Summary:

As an Integration Systems Consultant II, you will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing integrations that connect customer systems with UKG solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants, support teams, project stakeholders, and customers to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and ensure the ongoing health and reliability of integration solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, investigating technical issues, and working across multiple technologies and platforms. While the primary focus is on post-production support and defect resolution, the consultant will also participate in smaller enhancement requests, integration updates, and operational improvement initiatives.


Primary/ Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related incidents, defects, and customer-reported issues.
• Analyze integration failures, data discrepancies, and processing errors to determine root causes.
• Perform integration corrections, configuration updates, and defect remediation activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor integration health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers.
• Document investigation findings, resolutions, and preventative recommendations.
• Review XML configurations, mappings, transformations, and integration workflows to identify issues and implement fixes.
• Analyze logs, error messages, system outputs, and transaction records to diagnose integration failures.
• Support issue recreation, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer-impacting issues efficiently.
• Participate in customer testing activities related to integration fixes and enhancements.
• Support critical customer escalations during periods of elevated business impact.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus and urgency when handling support requests.
• Continuously build expertise in UKG integration technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop proficiency across integration technologies, APIs, data transformation, and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support, technical support, systems consulting, integration support, software implementation, or related technical roles.
• Experience supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HCM platforms.
• Understanding of XML, data mapping, file transfers, APIs, REST/SOAP services, and system integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing application or integration defects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
• AI-native mindset and comfortable working alongside generative AI tools to streamline workflows, brainstorm concepts, and enhance day-to-day productivity.
• Shift timing: 3 PM – 12 AM IST
