Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator-ONSITE-Must reside in the state of Florida

Job Description

Responsible for packaging and shipping medications according to excursion data. Communication and coordination with all parties necessary to ensure timely shipping and delivery of prescription orders in all designated sites.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining warehouse and inventory areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Maintains the shipping station.
• Assists with maintaining accurate inventory by removing expirations.
• Creates pre-packaged supply items when needed.
• Orders supplies necessary for shipping department.
• Packs medication appropriately and affixes a shipping label after the order has been verified by a pharmacist.
• Verifies all documents and demographics are accurate and correspond to one another.

Education & Experience

• GED

• High School
• 2 years of Pharmacy experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Additional Qualifications

• Demonstrates a friendly, professional demeanor plus strong written and verbal communication skills resulting in positive interactions with pharmacy team and patients.
• Requires effective decision-making skills for handling Customer problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service experience
• 2 years of Pharmacy experience

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to "move or traverse"
• Must be able to constantly operate a computer and/or other office productivity equipment
• Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

This position in NOT a remote position and will require employee to be ONSITE. Must be able to work a schedule that varies between the hours of 8:00 am-7:00 pm EST. Due to Periodic fluctuations in Primes business demands, mandatory overtime may be required.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $17.85 - $25.48 based on experience and skills.
