Description

As a Lead National Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and developing a team of National Account Managers.  Whilst taking ownership of the strategic growth of the UK portfolio, through account management and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading, developing and supporting a team of national account managers 
• Define and deliver clear business objectives, in conjunction with all stakeholders that are aligned with company targets to Win, Grow & Retain. 
• Build joint business plans and review progress at scheduled quarterly meetings with every customer.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal department leads and their teams, to gain full operational support to deliver objectives on time and in full.
• Use and track opportunities via Salesforce.
• Create a growth funnel for defined key customers/segments and maintain in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain contact with key opinion leaders and convince them of ProFormula offering.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven track record in team leadership, development and support
• A positive attitude with the ability to exceed client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills together with a persuasive communication style.
• Intellectually strong with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
• High level IT and data analysis skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s).
