Job Summary:
As the Principal Director, Program & Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Envestnet’s portfolio of projects and programs aligned with the organizational goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in both program and project management. The Principal Director, Program and Project Management plays a critical role in driving organizational success by overseeing the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and client engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Oversee Envestnet’s portfolio of projects and programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and optimization through strategic initiatives and client project engagements.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project and program objectives.

- Program and Project Management:
- Lead a team of Program and Project Managers for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and projects across the organization.
- Oversee comprehensive project and program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project and program progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and programs.
- Lead a team of Program and Project Managers for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and projects across the organization.
- Professional Services Management:
- Lead professional services team charged with defining client engagement scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and project-based fees are realized.

- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams.
- Communicate project and program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
