About the job

In this role, you'll be identifying growth opportunities across various markets and spearheading growth projects in collaboration with key stakeholders. Your daily tasks will revolve around intensive data collection through comprehensive market investigations. You'll interview market individuals, seeking deeper insights into market maturity, challenges, and potential.

Utilizing the collected information, you'll transform it into actionable insights, making it accessible to stakeholders across different levels. Your knack for project management will shine as you drive and communicate initiatives to diverse stakeholder groups, motivating and supporting projects across various domains like Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Management Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global commercial projects, crafting business cases, reviewing business models, and devising go-to-market strategies.
• Manage global processes in close partnership with other functions to drive organizational value.
• Present complex analyses in a well-structured manner for senior management's decision-making.
• Evaluate the potential of new commercial and business models by analyzing strategic fit, customer desirability, and value drivers.

This is a full-time position, based at our Head Quarters in Malmö, Hyllie. Here you will be a part of a dynamic office with people from different corners of the world, so you will be practicing your English skills daily. You will be travelling to our markets on a regular basis and we expect 20 days of travelling per year.

Experience and Education

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or corporate development.
• MBA or Master's in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Professional Skills

• Profound analytical capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
• Self-leadership abilities coupled with the capacity to drive results through collaboration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
