Summary:
The Director of Kiro Business Development North America is responsible to drive greater market access and business growth in North America for the Kiro Grifols products, will define sales strategy on Kiro Grifols products for the USA and Canada and will be accountable for the Kiro business revenue and profitability objetives in North America. The Director, as part of the Grifols USA Healthcare Solutions team, coaches the Sales team, USA Kiro Specialists, Pharmacy Automation Consultants and/or partners on the sales process for Kiro Grifols products, and provides leadership representation for Grifols USA when dealing with current and potential customers and partners in North America, or with other leaders within the Grifols organization. The Director is to participate, alongside with Kiro, Grifols USA Healthcare Solutions Director and Director of Sales, for defining the Kiro Grifols sales, implementation and support strategy for the USA and Canada, for team and/or third party scaling alignment with business growth, building efficiencies within the Kiro and Healthcare Solutions global organizations.
Primary responsibilities for role:
• In collaboration with GUSA Healthcare Solutions Director and Director of Sales, develop business partnerships with strong USA presence healthcare companies that can provide key commercial access to healthcare institutions with sterile compounding activities.
• Contribute to improve Kiro sales strategies, tools, customer advocates and documentation to support sales training and new business.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Kiro Grifols products´ and customers´ in the North America, product offerings, product use cases and best practices.
• Drive business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability from current customer base to ensure sales revenue and profitability of the Kiro business in North America.
• Drive customer retention rate and increase account revenues through expansion programs, maintenance contract renewal rates and controlling churn.
• Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
• Develop customer relationships by supporting best practices and ensuring maximum customer value.
• Lead and develop a Kiro User Community focused on continuous process improvement, business case studies, and professional networking.
• Provide executive leadership for complex and key accounts by supporting the Sales team.
• Assess the competitive landscape to compare and contrast Kiro Solutions.
• Define, alongside with Kiro, Healthcare Solutions Director and Director of Sales, strategy for sales, implementation and support teams and partners related to Kiro business in North America.
• Lead and scale Kiro and Grifols North America customer support resources to achieve business objectives
• 50-70% travel required. Ability to work weekends and/or varied work hours depending on business needs, within a 40 hour work week.

Experience and Education:
• Pharmacy, engineering and/or sales background
• Extensive experience leading technology implementation projects in healthcare settings, with demonstrated results in driving revenue and outcomes
• Track record of driving success of technology adoption projects and aligning resources between departments from customer and suppliers´ organizations, especially at the executive level.
• Understands and is well versed in the Hospital Pharmacy, Compounding Facilities, Robotics, Engineering and IT Operations.
• Ability to work independently; must be able to manage deadlines and multiple projects concurrently
• Strong written, verbal, telephone and interpersonal communication skills
• Exhibits professionalism, commitment to excellence, detail orientation, and accountability
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Proficiency with MS Office
