Job Title: Adjunct Researcher - Religion in Business and the Workplace

Position Start Date: June 17, 2025
Required Degree: Master's degree (MBA preferred). The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience:
Position requires good analysis and writing skills. It is also appropriate for the individual to have experience working in business or corporate contexts, familiarity and experience with the topic of faith and belief in business and workplace contexts. Experience working with BYU’s Marriott School of Business and familiarity of how these topics are incorporated into business curriculum are also preferred.
Duties/Expectations:
A successful candidate will engage in research and writing focused on religion, religious pluralism, and religious freedom in business and workplace contexts. This will include researching existing studies on the topic, summarizing research through written works and presentations, preparing materials for publication, and engaging in original research efforts under the direction of the Religion and Human Flourishing director and in collaboration with other faculty and researchers. Other duties may be assigned in connection to research, presentations, and writing.
This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.
