Job Description
Peacock is looking for a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized Specialist to join the marketing team. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our cross-functional project managers, vendors, as well as for greater Peacock creative operations. This candidate should have excellent time management & organizational skills, the ability to manage documents, lead trainings, and create solutions, while helping streamline workflows and prioritize requests. They should be able to work autonomously while also working well within a team.
This position requires the ability to understand technical attributes across asset deliverables, using exceptional communication & prioritization skills. The Specialist will be a critical stakeholder for driving team results, supporting multiple systems including, but not limited to: Airtable, Tableau, and Frame.io.
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Production Operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help train and disperse information to teams showing how to use systems and ensure smooth workflows
- Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across Peacock to help the Sr. Manager drive key KPIs and deliver results
- Manage project planning, actions, and timelines, all while providing timely communication to stakeholders.
- Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team
- Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience working on production centric projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
- Strong problem-solving skills in order to build solutions and drive results
