Requirements

Working as a Trilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/Italian/English), You Have:

• Spanish/Italian/English Trilingual is a must.
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience (strong asset)
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Proven track record of being incredibly resourceful and finding solutions even when there is no clear path
