About the role

SLB is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Lead to join our team in Coraopolis, PA. In this role, you will lead logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from receipt through final delivery. You will oversee inventory management, transportation activities, and trade compliance while supporting operational and customer requirements.

We are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships across functions, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on supply chain efficiency and service delivery.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping activities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments and related documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through effective control and reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor material flow to support operational and customer demand.
  • Ensure compliance with trade, customs, and transportation requirements.
  • Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and carriers to support business objectives.
  • Develop and support logistics personnel, processes, and best practices.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international transportation practices and import/export processes.
  • Experience maintaining inventory records and implementing inventory control procedures.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
