JACKSONVILLE HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, OTA or Speech Language Pathologist to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a therapist with proven leadership ability who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in gait, wound care, cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more. Requirements

Current TX PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP License

At least one year of experience as a therapy leader in a long term care or inpatient post-acute care setting
