Our employees take pride in manufacturing products for the fire, trucking and industrial markets! Set up and operate equipment to perform various machining operations.

  • Load and unload machine
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure that parts and components are manufactured to the required specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that all machines are running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and resolve production challenges 
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
  • Maintain and repair as needed to ensure that they are operating at peak efficiency.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within the established timeframes and meets the required quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.

Work within a visual Lean Manufacturing Environment/System 

Requirements


  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
