• Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center

Compensation / Benefits

• $462,444 x 2-year Guarantee with Production Incentive
• $75K Commencement Bonus
• $20K Longevity Bonus end years 1, 2, and 3
• $15K Relocation Allowance
