HR Finance, as part of HR OAR, is responsible to plan, control and report the Group HR budget. As HR activities within the Allianz Group are moving continuously towards including the charging of services within Allianz Group.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the HR Finance function. This will include the monthly performance management of the Group HR budget, forecasting and planning process as well as the support of other HR Finance related topics.</p> <p><br/>  </p> <h3>How can you make an impact?</h3> <p> </p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide ad-hoc finance support on key HR initiatives to ensure financial implications are adequately</li> <li>considered.</li> <li>Deliver on assigned tasks within HR Finance.</li> <li>Responsibility for timely and high quality periodic planning and reporting processes.</li> <li>Provide pro-actively high quality analysis of financial information to help steering the Group HR</li> <li>Organization and to achieve the financial targets.</li> <li>Collaborate across financial community and network across the Group HR Organization to support the</li> <li>implementation of proper governance.</li> <li>Responsible for standard financial reporting processes as monthly performance management of the Group</li> <li>HR budget against plan, forecasting and planning process.</li> <li>Ongoing financial support on HR business initiatives.</li> <li>Ongoing improvement of financial processes used for financial steering.</li> <li>Ensure timely authorization of supplier invoices and payments.</li> <li>Ensure timely charging of supplier costs across the group.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3>What are you made of?</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Higher education degree in business administration or comparable qualification.</li> <li>3+ years of work experience in financial planning and controlling, accounting, or management reporting Solid knowledge and experience in financial planning and controlling, management reporting, accounting,</li> <li>and tax.</li> <li>Experience in financial modeling, budget planning and controlling.</li> <li>Previous experience in supporting global projects from a financial perspective is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders within multicultural</li> <li>environments.</li> <li>Ability to analyze data and derive recommendations for actions / areas of improvement</li> <li>Ability to translate financial topics for a non-finance audience.</li> <li>Agility in handling competing demands in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Being assertive and convincing with internal stakeholders.roles.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.</li> <li>Previous experience in business related functions (e.i.
